does anyone watch gilmore girls

i have been getting the dvds from the library, and am left hanging. i had never seen this show. and now i want to know what happened. anyone watch the show?

1. I watch it occasionally.

I got a DVD set for my birthday and have seen most of the seasons through Netflix.

I used to think the grandparents were funny, but they're so shrill and disgusting this season. :shrug:

It's on at 8pm on the WB and reruns on ABC family some time in the evening.

I love the show...

And I am a middle aged man....

I think the witty charm of the three girls, yes I think they meant to include Emily in that bunch, is wonderfully delightfull....

They pay homage to Dorothy Parker at the end of each show.....

5. a really old man stooped over was looking for the dvd

that is how i found out about it. so funny. i thought it was a movie. got it and realized a series. ah.... i got hooked. lol lol. three seasons behimd. that is what i was afraid of

10. hey i am 43. this man had to be oh, at least in his seventies

maybe even eighties. it was so cute. looking for the dvd of gilmore girls. told him never heard of it, and he went on and on about how cute it was.

so, do i pass calling a 70's possibly 80's yr old man, old... wink

If that's all you've seen, you're going to very surprised this season. Let's just say that Rory abandons all reason for an unappealing new boy, whom the grandparents love because he's rich and white. The grandmother is particularly nasty this season, including a really racist treatment of her maid last episode. Frankly, I always thought Lorelai was kind of whiny and mean-spirited towards her parents. This season proves the grandparents deserve every bit of her bitterness.
