I really enjoy it too. They've done a great job recreating the era, and the writing is excellent compared to anything else on TV.
But at the rate they're going it'll be 40 seasons until they get to Julian (my favorite emperor)

of course I think it has something to do with hot men in skirts:evilgrin: Seriously though, I think it is well written and has great sets, acting, story lines etc. I have to keep stopping myself from looking up spoilers online!

together in a great literary manner....
A lot like Collen McCullough series that traced Roman History from Sulla to the murder of Ceaser.....
the acting is fabulous, the script is great and the cinematography is sumptuous.....
