Has There Been A Missing Comedian Found Dead Recently?

I had my radio on and Alex Bennett was talking about a comedian who "disappeared as rapidly as he appeared." Bennett was saying that apparently the guy had been deceased for several days when they found him and that he had been missing. I was hearing this as I was waking up and did not catch exactly who he was talking about. I tried a few different google searches and had no luck. Maybe, I was dreaming.

1. Well, Don Adams died yesterday.

But he died of natural causes at 82.

the also mentioned that they were having a benfefit in San Fran to honor him.
