A Story is told

A man comes to a halt in what appears to be a massive traffic jam. Someone is walking back through traffic and appears at the man's car window. The person talks to the man and says "Up ahead George W Bush has been kidnapped and is being held for $1 billion Dollars ransom or the kidnappers are going to dowse the president with gas and light him on fire." The man asks "how much have you got in donations so far." "About 2 gallons" is the reply.
