Pan-fried lemon pepper tuna steak

Melt 1/4 stick butter in a large frying pan. Add 1/4 tsp lemon pepper, pinch of coriander, and salt and pepper to taste. Fry tuna steaks over medium heat on both sides until white throughout.

Scarborough Fair mixed vegetables
Melt 1/4 stick of butter in a large frying pan. Season with 1/4 tsp each of parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. plus salt and pepper to taste. Fry 3 small sliced potatoes, 1/2 sliced red pepper, 1 stalk sliced celery, 1 sliced carrot, 3 sliced shallots, and 6 sliced mushrooms. Stir regularly until cooked thoroughly.

Non-saffron rice
boil 2 cups water. when boiling add 4 cloves, 4 almonds, 1/4 tsp turmeric, and a pinch cardamom along with rice. Cover and simmer until all water has been absorbed.

On edit: for dessert, a selection of homemede ice creams.
