You surprised me with that. There was much here which dovetails with the stuff I have watched on the Beyond Treason dvd. (see my beyond treason link below). An important goal of bushco 1 during Desert Storm was in locating and destroying those wmds which we (and others) sold Saddam. The dvd details the destruction of those bunkers loaded chock full of evidence. The NBR, (nuclear, biological, radiological) team tasked with this operation was ORDERED NOT to wear their protective gear while performing this operation. (Protective gear that was and still is woefully inadequate!) A Captain in charge of this team deliberately disobeyed this order and backed his troops when they informed him that to do as requested would be extremely hazardous to the teams health. Those guys went in wearing their protective gear and filmed much of that evidence before blowing it up. We are talking stockpiles here which would fill the Super-dome distributed throughout a large system of bunkers and that was just one compound. EVERYONE downwind of this explosion was likely contaminated. I speculate that if the coalition had so wanted, that stockpile could have been cordoned off and dealt with, Saddam could have done nothing to prevent this except maybe blow the whistle on those who sold it to him. By blowing it up we doomed hundreds if not thousands of innocent people to the effects from that exposure. I believe that they wanted that NBR team exposed....dead men tell no tales. The DVD is called Beyond Treason, it is well named. What I detailed here is but one chapter in it. I feel the same as others who have watched it: Viewing this should be mandatory by ALL Americans for the same reasons which the German people were forced to walk through those death camps after WWII. This topic is the very reason I joined the DU. I chose my handle "chicken little" because of my need to tell people these things which are far too horrible for them to want to know about. We are not talking UFOs here. The documentation is out there if you know where to look but there is the rub: "knowing where to look", that is if one even knows to look in the first place! Beyond Treason puts this together nicely and gives you the links and documentation. You have added another piece to all this with your link. I sincerely thank you for that. I will put it to good use.
