CB's family needs prayer and Karma today.
Dad is still on a respirator and they dont mknow whats up mom is heading back to the oncologist cause she thinks the cancer is back

I hope all goes well.
Remember to breathe. It sounds silly, but seriously, every once in a while, pause and give yourself time to take a few full, relaxing abdominal breaths; when people are stressed they breathe shallowly and that increases the feeling of being stressed even more.
