Oh, give me a break. Mindless consumerism at its finest - this site:
http://www.hammacher.com/

It should be called: expensiveuselessshit.com or whygivemoretothoseinneed-spendithere.com

:banghead:

And this item especially caught my eye: The upside-down xmas tree.

?

:eyes:

Why?!

1. Ahahahah. That stupid place!
My boyfriend and his siblings constantly get gifts for their parents for christmas from that beast.

Every year I try to tell him how tacky it is, but he doesn't care and they seem to like getting the crap, so what can you do. (They do give their parents good, thoughtful gifts too, however.)

Check out www.harrietcarter.com too. It's good for quite a few laughs.

I can't get the link for the page to copy but it's on page 5 of health and beauty. It's a hair bowl.

8. Okay, I gotta defend the dog staircase
we have a dachshund with a bad back who can't get on the couch. I wish I had one for her.

The rest of the stuff is embarassingly hedonistic.

9. My parents have one of those.
Best thing they ever got- they've saved themselves hundreds of dollars, as the dog kept jumping on/off the bed and hurting herself, causing $$$ vet bills each time the poor thing hurt herself.

That staircase has paid for itself, imo
