Anyone here have an 'Ab Lounge'?

If so - do you use it regularly and does it work?

I purchased one last night. Just finished putting it together.

(When should I expect my 6-pack?)!!

1. I do crunches

And leg raises. I'm cheap. But I got abs. If you use the darn thing, it kinda depends on where you're starting from. (you know-- if you gotta beer belly-- and I'm not saying you do! It might take a while.)

3. A 6-pack will only start to show

Male: around 8 or 9% bodyfat.
Female: around 13-14% bodyfat.

Stay with it though. Any exercise is good.
