What really cute thing does your pet or pets do?
Something unusual, that is really cute they do.

Erin, the tabby male here:

When I touch noses with him, he licks my nose.

Lucky, here:

She's a rather big cat, about 12 pounds, and 3-4 years old now, but she doesn't meow, she still mews like a kitten.

1. Everyday, when MrG comes home, Merlin comes out from where ever
he has been hiding and talks to MrG until he responds to him. He also asks permission to jump up on your lap. He comes up and says "Rrrowr???" :hi:

3. Lola, our 10 month old Pomeranian Princess WAVES to us only with her right
paw.

And I mean WAVES. Like paw stuck to the side of her head waves.

If we're sitting, she'll prop one paw against the chair and raise her right paw all the way to her ear, and it stays there for a moment, like it's stuck, then she paws us with it... and when we hold her, hand round her butt like a baby, she again puts that paw up against her ear and it stays there until she changes position.

She's done that since the moment I met her, like that little baby jessica who was stuck in the well and when she came up, her hand was bandaged to her head because it had been stuck like that for 53 hours?

Well, maybe Lola thinks she's little baby jessice.

And, she's probably THE prettiest pomerananian ON the planet. Here is a pic of all three of my girls, Lola, Liv (the human child) and if you look down in the left corner, you can see the top of Winky the Maltese's head...

Isn't she GORGEOUS?

This was Lola when she was about 8 weeks old

And the top of Winky is way too cute. Why do our human children live in PJ bottoms? My daughter wears PJ bottoms all the time everywhere, unless she has school. :hi:

7. Lola bug turned out to be a really beautiful pommy. I was disappointed
because she didn't end up being a teddy bear fluff ball, but her coat is so thick, shiny and luxurious and she is such an amazing, tender, silly, goofy, smart (she understands complete sentences) dear sweet chien that I wouldn't change a thing.

Winky is the $4000 doggie with the bionic leg, and Liv rarely leaves her jammies unless we're going somewhere... but I'm the same way.

We have a lot of hair in our house too, as you can see.

looking face. It's funny, because Nicole will actually leave the house in her jammies bottoms....blows me away. :)

41. Nah, it's not worth the trouble. Chiquita has gone through menopause,
apparently; so now we're stuck with having to feed her without getting any eggs in return.

Worthless bird that she is; but there's no way Mrs R or the Little guy are going to let me put her in the stewpot now.

22. Thanks.
I love my cats so much, they are both total personalities with their little quirks.

Erin just did a dandy, he jumped off the bathroom sink up to the top of the bathroom door, (about 6 feet!) and cried wanting to get down.

23. My dog "stands" up on his butt, demanding attention, affection, food... he
will wave his front paws at you while in this position. If you scratch his chest/tummy, and then stop, he will wave the paws at you until you resume. He does the same thing while lying on his back.

There is a Czech word for this standing, "pupras" or something like that, that a dog breeder taught us, so we use that as the command to ask him to do this.

25. Also, our girl, on the left in the photo, after being "in season", would

gather up every small toy and cuddle around them as if she were suckling a litter of pups. If you tossed a stuffed toy in the corner, she'd cry and go fetch it for her collection of "babies".

She doesn't do that anymore since she was spayed. I wish I'd taken some pics of it.

26. With tons of cats and a dog there is always something
My dearly departed sweetheart Crisco loved to fetch his little teddy bear. I lived in a converted two story (into two apartments), and had basically a stairway to nowhere on one side of the place. You could sit in the recliner and chuck the bear across the living room, through the kitchen, through the laundry room and it would drop through the railings to the bottom of the stairs. He never tired of this game and would bring me the bear each time and drop it at my feet. I miss him so much!

This is just a pile 'o' kitties from a few years back.

and a converted entertainment center (one of those cheap modulars) that was rickety so we pounded a few nails in it.. cut some 8 inch holes throughout.. and let the cats have it. They absolutely loved it.

32. My cat strokes my face to wake me and leans on me when he's happy.
It's my absolute proof that animals feel emotion because it's not like he's marking me, although he does that too all the time. And he's not necessarily wanting me to feed him, or pet him or scratch his back, which could be seen as more of means to an end. No, sometimes, when he is in a particularly good mood, he just walks up to me, closes his eyes, and leans against me for a good minute or so. It breaks my heart!

(I'm looking after her right now). She keeps an aerosol can in the fridge and the kitty will stand at the door and mew when she wants some whipped topping, which you are to squirt on the floor for her to lick up.

36. Does it have to be cute? Can it be disgusting and vulgar instead?
OK here goes:

I used to have a chinchilla who liked to give himself a BJ. Almost constantly. We've had company over and they'd say "Oh how cute! You have a chinchil.... ummm... What's he doing???" Very embarrassing.

When he was done he'd fall asleep with "it" in his mouth. Sorry, I just had to share that little gem.

I guess I deserve a :spank:

to play fetch with.

Have to latch my wallet in a drawer at night and tell all with handbags to put them on the top shelf in the closet.

...and he KNOWS they're there...

And, he goes nuts for corn-on-the-cob - he howls for it like he's possessed - then runs through the house with the cob in his mouth growling with a puffed up tail.

You'd think he'd got a mouse...LOL!!!

Bad and spoiled rotten, but very smart!!
