the bag said that there were 6 servings in the bag with each having 190 calories. That is 1140 calories. I ate them all and am still hungry. I weigh 127 lbs and am 5'10". I am skin and bones. I eat like this a lot. I need to gain weight. I mean I must hav 4000 calories a day. this is weird. i feel healthy. or at least relatively speaking.

2. And if you're not losing weight... |

... but able to eat like a horse and still stay thin, you'll find yourself loathed as a lucky bastard the world over!

3. i've always been skinny but as i get older and my metabolism |
|
isnt slowing down (maybe even speeding up) and i eat like a horse even more it is getting weird. everybody has told me for ever that it is going to kick me in the ass when i hit a certain age and I will become very overweight in a year when my metabolism turns off and i am so entrenched in my eating habits. but not yet. oh well. i will enjoy it while i can.

6. Some people's never really do. |
|
Hopefully all is well. Have you lost weight? Have you always ate this way and never gained weight? Is anything different?
My husband is like that as well. He doesn't gain a pound. He is a bottomless pit. Some people are lucky like that. If you drink a Slim Fast shake with your meals, you will gain weight.

5. Are you working out a lot? |

The 2000 calorie guideline is pretty much for people who sit at their desks and do nothing. Some triathalon trainers need to eat 4000+ calories a day, all carbs just to get by.
