Question for Asheville, NC people.

Can you recommend any good (vegetarian-friendly) restaurants in Asheville? I have heard that there are several.

I'll be visiting Asheville soon, and really looking forward to it!

1. I'm not from there, but I called ..

my Asheville branch and they suggested 3 (all chains) on Tunnel Road: Olive Garden, Cabaras, and O'Charlies.

3. The Laughing Seed

which is near Malaprops downtown--you can walk there, but I can't remember the name of the little side street it's on--

Rosie's on Lexinton...also within walking distance-
