A man goes to the doctor because he FARTS CONSTANTLY

"It's really stressing me out," he tells the physician. "It seems like I fart all the time. The farts don't make any noise and they don't smell bad, necessarily. But I can tell I'm doing it and it's really getting to my self-esteem."

"Hmmmmm," says the doctor. He reaches into his sample cabinet and gives the man some pills. "Try taking one of these twice a day and come back and see me in a week."

A week later, the man returns. "Doctor, I don't know about those pills you gave me. I'm still having those silent farts just as much as ever, except now they SMELL AWFUL! Like rotten eggs and cabbage!"

"Great!" says the doctor. "Now that we've cleared up your sinuses, let's do something about that hearing loss!"
