4. have needed mild correction for distance since 7th grade

can get by without, but can't read street signs, recognize faces etc till right up on them. (could never hunt or see things out in the bushes without them)

In the last two years I have noticed I have to take my glasses off to read small things up close - never used to have to do that. (in my forties now :cry: )

Haven't worn my contacts in a few months and I am wondering if I am going to need to get reading glasses to be able to read with them on????? I could still read last time I wore them, but the glasses have to come off.

I was told, but don't know how true it is, that my color-blindness enables me to have better night vision than those who can see full color.

9. Right Eye 20:40 Left Eye: Blind

I have an astigmatism in my right eye, and i'm slightly nearsighted, by my glasses are more for the bulge than for the other.

I don't know about my left eye anymore, since i went blind in that eye due to the MS in 1994. I have peripheral vision only.
