I got a little behind in my payments to hydro, so being the responsible girl I am, I called them up and told them "Oh I'll get you that outstanding $ on the 2nd, and then make my next payment on the 15th". Unfortunately I didn't get a deposit in my account 'til this morning, so I called and told them it would be on the 5th, and that I was very sorry. They said: "SO we can get a payment from you on the 10th"
Me: "Uh, no, the 15th. I called in last week and told you that. Dude on the phone was very nice and said that was fine, it wasn't even a big deal, just the outstanding $"
Them: "Ok so the 10th it is."

Is the 15th now referred to as the 10th? If so, they can have their payment on the 10th, but no one gave me the headsup.

You know, I could MAIL them a cheque on the 10th, that wouldn't arrive for processing until at LEAST the 15th, instead if paying directly from my bank account which they get same or next day :P

I can talk to a financial counselor, and get my hydro subsidized, or even paid off in a one-time deal, if I qualify.
