Here's a thanksgiving food you probably never heard of...
Someone was talking about it on the radio today, it's called capon (or kapon), it's a castrated rooster, supposedly it tastes jucier b/c of the castration. The DJ's response was funny "Well I don't know about you but if I'm ever castrated...there's nothin' juicy about me anymore"

2. Actually it's castrated young so that it never
develops the hormones which toughen and thicken muscle masses.

The weirdest thing I heard today was from one of my brother's dates, who wondered 'where the mac & cheese' was. I guess her family always has mac & cheese on Thanksgiving and she thought everyone did.

I think my father was only inches from having a stroke at the very thought.

6. I have a hard time picturing the SOteric family reaction to that!
I think I just choked - now everyone in the office is looking at me funny.

Salted Cock Balls and If you order them in the southern region of France they come with a cream sauce that is to die for.

I have heard that you get 24 pcs on a plate and sometimes they serve them encroute.

I never would have believed it.
