Today I met the child of my dreams!
We had a 3 day show this weekend (collected almost $150 for the Northwoods Humane Society WHOO-HOO!) and as we were packing up I met what I consider to be the perfect little boy. IF I were to ever have children I would like one just like him.

His mom was taking him to wash his hands when he stopped, turned around and started waving bye-bye to people (no one really noticed him but me). As he turned to go back to his mom he hit his ear on a table. He looked at me and I went "OWIE!" and said, "Are you OK?" and he blew me a kiss!

Well, I thought this was just precious. I took a set of mousies off the table (ceramic) and went over and gave them to him when he got back (I got his mom's permission before). He took it and held it and then started patting the box he was sitting on. His mom said, "He wants you to sit down and share with him." So I sat on the ground and he looked at me and started patting the box again. His mom said, "No, you sit on the box and he will sit on the ground because he's too big to sit with you." The little boy wanted me to sit on the box next to him.

When I got up his mom said, "Can you say thank you?" and he looked at me, blew me another kiss and said, in a very sweet voice, "Tink you."

I was jello in this kids hands.

2. Sounds like my 2 year old
He's a sweetie (actually all my children have awesome manners when they choose to), but at home, they can still be maniacs! Usually children like this are like this because that's how they are talked to- with empathy and understanding, but they are complicated creatures and most certainly not always like this, even the really good ones.
