Poll question: Would you rather work for a Man or a Woman?
I was talking to 3 of my Girl-Friends (note the hyphen)
and we got to talking about who was better to work for (everything else being equal)...a Man or a Woman?
I was really surprised at their answers. I won't say any more.

2. a woman, definately
I've had male bosses and female bosses and BY FAR, the female bosses were the more competent and accomodating towards their employees.

3. Man
Only because I've had bad experiences with any female boss I've ever had. But I will say granted they were all unstable crazy women that didn't along with anyone and should not have been put in charge to begin with.

4. I have "worked" for three women in my life, and they were the most
unreasonable, paranoid, spiteful creatures that it has EVER been my misfortune to encounter. I have had some male bosses that were doozies, but they couldn't hold a candle to these women. It has always disappointed me that women can be such nasty creatures, and I hope that it is just that I've had seriously bad luck in my female bosses. The only thing that tells me that is not the case is that most of the women I know say the same thing.

5. Once I would've said a woman but
lately I have run into the worst kind of backstabbing women imaginable so sadly I would choose a man.

8. Girls,
I am going to say a woman, because they seem to as a group to be less prone to doing stupid or agressive things just to "mark their territory" so to speak,

9. I'm a woman, and I don't care
I don't think the sex of the employer has any bearing on things unless they allow it. Sexism doesn't limit itself to any one gender.
And I've met men who can be as bitchy as any PMSing female.
