Union question

I do not work for the city anymore, haven't for three months....I paid my union dues though and have my card...am I still a union member?

1. Dues tend to come out monthly unless you elect a whole year. I would

call your shop steward and ask. Or call your hiring hall.
If you worked for the city, call the person designated the
shop steward or call the local office of your union. They
can give you the straight up. Don't assume it unless
they confirm it.
