Want to travel around Europe on the cheap? RYAN AIR
http://www.ryanair.com/

Many of Ryan Air's flights are under 5 euro, not including taxes. I just returned from Venice. The RT ticket cost me 62 euro back to Germany.

1. London to Verona for free!
No frills at its best. The parking at the remote airports Ryan Air uses is also a cinch. I've done it. Some are out of the way, but for the price, who cares.

2. three things
1. Be careful about the prices. they go up considerably before the flight date.
on popular flights near the flight time, they really aren't a bargain compared
with other carriers. However, if you're flexible or a bargain hunter, they
really are great. They also don't require round trips. It's kind of a 'bait
and switch' with prices, but that's the tradeoff for flexibility.

2. Be careful about where they tell you they're flying. They (and other
low-cost airlines in europe) often use old military/small craft landing
strips that are actually pretty far from the city they say they are flying
to. E.g 'Brussels' is really Charleroi, about 60km from Brussels.

3. You still have to pay the airport taxes, which can bump up the
price more than 200% (e.g. a $15 ticket can have $30 or more in
taxes, making the ticket more like $45).

These said, I've flown them many times and have been very happy with
their services.

3. Very good suggestions
All two hold true; Sometimes the regular carriers are actually cheaper (still including free drink and newspaper).
The Airports are sometimes really far away (example: their "Frankfurt" airport is 125 km from Frankfurt, in another state, has no Autobahn connection and no cheap public transportation.
