6. end of the semester crunch, I guess

Same here. I've got two papers (25 pager and 10 pager) and an in class exam all scheduled for the same day, in about two weeks. I've known this for at least a month but have yet to really get started.

I wrote a 15 pager - researched it and wrote it - in 48 hours last semester, so I know it's never too late. ;)

8. Ha! I'm done!

8 pages of blather about Global Petro-politics and I'm beat! Time to take a break, and then onto research for my final paper, which will be the real pain in my ass. If I ever get it done, it will be a 10 page position paper on the HIV/AIDS pandemic and it's implications on future U.S. foreign policy. Ugh!

9. Did you watch the special on VH1 today?

Ashley Judd hosted and narrated this special about AIDS And it's effect on Pop Culture and the world. It was great. Talked about the pandemic in Africa a little bit, but mostly pop culture. It was pretty good. On Edit: It's on right now. (8:26pm Central time)

10. Yeah, I caught some of that

I think VH1 did a great job with coverage today, and I'm glad they did it. Probably would have a greater effect if they ran it on MTV during the TRL hour, but I'll take what I can get. :-)
