I've got a little lump in my left ear lobe - right where one might put an earring. you can't see it, but I can feel it, and I can pop it, but it always gradually grows back (which is fine as it provides me with something to look forward to every couple of weeks since it's quite gratifying to feel it go ptttht).

but this is in the right lobe(my right, your left) visibly, but both lobes have been lumpy for years.
I haven't removed the 'heads from the ears, but I agree it's gratifying to feel it go ptttht on the rest of my face(nose, cheeks, chin, forehead)
