If you called someone just as they were on their way to the bathroom and you talk a lot and they didn't have a chance to say, "Hold on a minute," then I think it would be OK. On the other hand, people who call you from their bathroom or when they're eating should be shot!

I'd rather hear a tinkle than stop the conversation! this is a person I wouldn't think twice about doing the same in person either. In my family, peeing was not cause for closing the bathroom door, and in my close circle of friends, the same is true.
