I have an interview tomorrow-mental health position. I'm almost overqualified for the position so I'm hoping for something good from it.

Increased salary from what I'm making now, set hours and benefits. Please, please, please let me get this job!

social security card so that they can get the background check run ASAP (according to the woman on the phone). She also asked me to bring in all certificates and/or paperwork proving my previous certifications for their records.

Sounds like a sure thing, at least I hope!

Since that's what they're asking for. If you've done your homework about the company and can interview while being at ease and authoritative, yet appropriately vulnerable and willing to explore what you don't know, you should be well on your way.

Don't forget to ask for guidance and to speak from your most grounded self as you're falling asleep. That'll help for sure during the interview. If you don't have a good grounding technique and want one, let me know. I'll be looking at my posts at least once before I start to turn in between 9:30 and 10:00 Eastern time.

Overnight work but I would be home if my daughter got sick. Regular hours w/ regular days off, no changing my schedule at the last minute and me panicking over not having a babysitter, and benefits.

I start my new (better pay, higher level, within the same company) job in less than 2 weeks. I went through 3 interviews and was picked as "the one". I wish you the best and just remember to stay calm and be real (not a know-it-all, yes man). Enjoy the interview and show them who you are. You'll do great! :applause:
