No really. It's awesome. Take a bite of a Hershey bar, then just before you swallow, take a sip of wine. Very, silky and interesting. :D

and start nibbling on a good bittersweet chocolate (I'd recommend Ritter Sport) that goes very well with a fine mature Cabernet Sauvignon . It's all about texture.
