Doggie makeover- The groomer just left!

The groomer has a Mobile grooming business and is a very nice woman who rescues dogs in her spare time. She didn't want to do any shaves yet due to our unpredictable weather in Tennessee so she just cleaned them up around the rear-end and trimmed. The dogs were extremely happy when they were finished, Angel was acting like a puppy!

1. Hey - you've got an eskie!

I have a mini eskie in need of grooming. He's a little hyper, however. The cat tries to clean him but the dog doesn't wait long to try to "play" with the cat.

2. They really needed the butt hair trimmed.

Poor groomer, she had a lot of pooped up hair to deal with. If your eskie needs a trim you should wait until it warms up so you can have him shaved down. Mine couldn't wait that long and I will have the woman out here in May to do a total shave.

3. I have a feeling that they'll both be very thankful once the weather

starts warming up :P

4. I think they are happy now!

Imagine having to poop with your underwear still on! The hair on their behinds was really thick, the groomer shaved it down to nothing! I will have the long hair shaved down once we have steady warm weather. Best money I ever spent, I have been trying to keep the hair back as best I could and wash them regularly but nothing beats a groom!

5. PeeDee looks happier in "before" picture!

It looks like she came out of the house to make sure the groomer left! Cute puppies.

8. When she stepped out of the trailer she acted so free.

The groomer let her out and put her on the ground and she was so happy. She started running around and playing really frisky with her siblings. I can tell she is feeling really good right now.

7. He named PeeDee after the river?

'Cause some of the best times I ever had were spent on the PeeDee! :bounce:

10. Neighbor said.....

"She sure is a pretty dog". I couldn't name her Pretty dog so I named her PeeDee. She really is the sweetest and least demanding of the pack.
