Should I subscribe to Newsweek?
I got a really good offer in the mail due to my professional memberships...
Should I subscribe?

Is it worth it?

1. I just started subscribing and I like it.
I get all of the "Big 3" Time, US News & World Report and Newsweek. I like them all. But you should try it out.

2. Eh.
There is no American media anymore, just conservative political operatives serving as conveyor belts for conservative propaganda. Save your money and read some British newspapers online or something.

3. I used to subscribe and liked it.... until I found that I could
get most of the content on the web through the MSNBC site, so I stopped paying for the hard copy.

4. Give it a try!
I've been taking it for many many years, and I really enjoy it...

I think it is less conservative than many of the main-stream magazines...

:hi:

5. You can get most of the stuff online...
... but if you get it for a good rate it's probably worth a subscription.

They have some very good columnists and I like them much better than TIME and US News. US News has a very clear RW-slant. TIME has become pretty superficial and their articles rarely give much insight. Newsweek, on the other hand, has some genuinely first-rate articles and smart pieces on foreign policy that I think are much better than TIME's.
