2. Thanks. I think that is the better of the two real options.
Another of nature's miracles.

3. Nature's miracle is the enzyme in the little girls' mouths
The saliva of bees breaks down the sucrose in flower nectar into the simple sugars fructose and dextrose. The other miracle is that male bees are allowed to do no work other than hang around for a chance to mate with a new queen - they do 'the nasty' on the fly so it gives meaning to the expression to "A Flying Fuck".

11. In the past
I was the official swarm dude for the local police, fire, and sheriff, but between Africanized bees, Varroa mites, and invasion of very cheap foreign honey, my enthusiasm has wanned.

A swarm in May - is worth a load of hay.
A swarm in June - is worth a silver spoon.
A swarm in July - isn't worth a fly

8. Thanks for the tip.
I got past the software entries and learned all about the Slurm of the future. I also had no idea (learned from wikipedia) that Leela was named for a symphony by Oliver Messiaen.

Whereabouts is Wirral?

12. The Wirral peninsula
is that part of historic Cheshire between the Mersey and the Dee (one might, thus, call is Mesopotamia :eyes:).

I say historic Cheshire because they took it out of Chesire to be part of the new "county" of Merseyside - lumping it in with Liverpool and parts of Lancashire (boo hiss, up the White Rose - despite my avatar).
