In "A Christmas Story," what was the message Raphie deciphered when he finally received his secret decoder ring in the mail? Anyone know?

If not one of the best movies period.

They really managed to capture the world through the eyes of a child.
Everything is slightly exaggerated, bigger than it really is.

Somehow their neighborhood even seems really nice, till you look with a critical eye, and notice it to be a somewhat run down lower middle class neighborhood.

When my daughter was 16, we hid a Red Rider BB gun on xmas day. After all of the presents were opened, we recreated the scene from the film. It was great, but I actually worried that she would shot her eye out when she went outside (in the country) with her gun and her NRA paper taget (included with the gun).

btw, she's a great shot!
