My tinfoil hat comment of the night.
Is it possible that Bill O'Reilly and Keith Olbermann are actually colluding?

One creates controversy for another, their ratings go up. :tinfoilhat:

Interesting.

I've had questions about Keith Olbermann for a while. And when he told everyone that the liked "Case Closed" a few months back, I had to stop watching him. 'Cause if that's true? K.O. is a goddamned moron. If it's not true, and K.O. was just pandering to the Right? K.O. is a hoor.

7. Excuse me, but what the heck are you talking about?
He said "Case Closed" about what?

Second, KO never "panders to the Right."

I don't know about you, pal. As for the rest if this thread, there's nothing anyone can point to that indicates KO is the kind of money-grubber who would get on board with a plan like this. And why would Bill want to help his ratings when Bill is so far ahead? Just doesn't make sense.

Besides, the least Bill could do for his part is use a sense of humor.

9. I think Olbermann has something personal against Faux
Didn't he used to work for them? If he did, I don't think it was a happy parting. Seems to me he wants to get back at them for something. Anyone know more about this?

10. News Corp took on baseball legend Sandy Koufax
Yeah, he worked for them after his first MSNBC stint (did a nightly show for the Fox RSN's), but after he left, this happened and could very likely was the final straw.

From Mr. Olbermann's Salon column of February 22, 2003

Most of us have learned to simply accept the fact that Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. exists in the world, just as we've come to accept that there are terrorists among us, as well as people who scam grandmothers out of their savings.

And then every once in a while the News Corp. will do something so rapacious, so pathetic, that one has to stand up and say no more, to call for legal and moral measures to stop it, even if all gestures prove futile.
