for some reason they are irritating me this time. But I am looking forward to watching Jon Stewart.

The awards are today. All the hype will end in a few hours.

10. there's still all the post oscar shows

Who was wearing what? Who was at which party? Who gave an interview? Who had the best speech? Was Jon Stewart over the line? (this will be asked if he tells any joke at all.) Didja here who won, or how many viewers tuned in. It should last until at least Tuesday, if not Thursday. Local newscasts will devote a few minutes to it, to say nothing of shows like Entertainment Tonight (and almost half of the ads I see on TV are ads for shows like ET, survivor and the Amazing Race.
