Is Dolly Parton anorexic?
I like Dolly, I think her heart's in the right place, but I thought she looked grotesque last night with her spindly little legs, tiny waist and huge tits.

2. Well, by her own admission ...
She's had a lot of work done, and plans to have even more. It's something she often jokes about on talk shows.

She's thin, certainly, but I don't think she's anorexic. The surgery's just made things appear out of proportion. I myself am a really tall guy in real life, yet I'm skeletal in terms of weight. :)

5. If she were truly anorexic
she'd be repulsed by breast tissue.

OBviously this is not the case.

6. Actually, there are clinically anorexic women who still desire
breasts. And some seek surgery for it.

10. Some harsh words for her in the press today:
Edited on Mon Mar-06-06 04:07 PM by ReadTomPaine
DOLLY PARTON had a Michelin Man fashion moment at yesterday's Academy Awards, but her pneumatic look had nothing to do with tulle underskirts or horsehair stuffing and everything to do with silicone. As she stepped onto the red carpet, Parton looked more like a Russ Meyer supervixen in her petal-pink Robert Behar creation.

Scariest celebrity: Dolly Parton. Man, it’s clear 9-to-5 was ages ago. The curvy country music icon has wasted away to nothing. And her face….well, I’ll let my 11-year-old daughter tell it. “She looks like they could use her at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios,” she said while asking me who Parton was. “And she wouldn’t need a mask.”

Ouch!

She was on before I tuned in. Is this photo from last night? Pictures are still a little hard to find.

12. Only Dolly knows that
Recovering from an eating disorder, I have a naturual inclination to suspect that underweight people or people who have lost significant weight and are now low normal have an eating disorder. I realize though that I don't know their eating habits or what else is going on in their lives.
Dolly should be careful though about getting too thin. As others have mentioned, it isn't uncommon for older people to lose weight. A person going into their sixties at a low weight can be at greater risk of death if they end up naturually losing more weight.

13. Well, she ain't lookin' good
She's admitted she's had work done ..... and that doesn't always look good with weight changes.

I think it's just age.

And as long as she is healthy and happy, who cares what she looks like? The woman has an incredibly loving heart!

Khash.
