A woman who works at my company seems to be doing her best to get me fired. She is a district manager (though not MY DM), but also does quality control on everyone's cases. What she has done is send emails to me with only partial information, and when I don't do exactly what she wants, she emails my supervisor about it, but in those emails, she includes ALL the information I should have had in the first place. She has done this a number of times, and I always come out looking bad, and having to explain everything to my supervisor.

Now, I have to meet with my supervisor and the owner of the company tomorrow. I have printed out the emails from her that I still have, so I can show them what she has done. But I'm scared, and could appreciate any and all good thoughts anyone cares to send my way.

Oh, by the way, this woman and I used to work at another company together. She was a district manager and I was a suprevisor. I walked into my office one morning to find this woman on the verge of firing one of my counselor's over a complaint from a client. She did not bother to ask the counselor for her side of the story, did not check with me, nothing. She just wanted to fire this counselor, and if I had not walked in when I did, I think the counselor would have been on her butt on the sidewalk before she knew what hit her. This woman has a long-standing reputation for doing crap like this, and unfortunately, she has trained her high beams on me.

don't meet with any supervisor alone if you can help it. Have an advocate with you. Follow up with a letter stating what you believe was discussed and settled.

Is this the kind of meeting where you could bring in a list of things you want to point out, to help you remember them? Not sure if you do that kind of thing, but sometimes it helps me if I'm really worried to make sure I don't accidentally forget anything important. With that, invoke the power questions in response to what she has written/asked/suggested...

What/how specifically? What whould happen if...? Etc. Draw her out.
