4. I loved that song -- sang it on the eve of Feb. 3rd to myself

in the swimming pool in Tucson, Arizona. I sang it because I happened to contact my first boyfriend -- who was born on February 4, 1936, and whom I called quite by chance last year. He turned 70 the next morning and I called him to wish him well. We plan to see each other along with our spouses next October in Florida.

I lost another important person in my life this year in January. His birthday was also February 4th, but he passed away too soon to make it to his 81st birthday. So, I sang the song to myself and later, kissed my husband, whom I married on -- guess when --- February 4, 1973. I also found out later that date was my maternal grandfather's birthday.
