doesn't anyone have a good night's sleep anymore? I regularly wake up just before my alarm.

I can't drink any coffee or tea or soda in the morning. I don't need that monkey on my back. Caffeine is for afternoon because that's the only time I feel drowsy. Even then, it's green or black tea.
