When I was a teen back in the '70's, welfare fraud was rampant. One of my neighbors was on welfare and was seeing this guy who showered her with gifts, including a new Cadillac, provided she look the other way while he cheated on her right and left.

This neighbor also threatened anyone who reported her with the death of them and their families. Talk about intimidating witnesses!

This is proof that the myth of the welfare caddy is based on a kernel of truth. This broad fit the stereotype!
