I've just decided that being a liberal isn't worth the effort any more. What does being a liberal get me? The intelligence to know that I'm getting fucked by the government. Big whoopty doo.

So, I'm turning freep, so that, even though I'll still be fucked by the government - and most times, by my own hand - I'll be convinced that everything is going really well and that there is no problem, even as my gangrenous arm falls off because I can't afford health care.

That just sounds easier.

When we're all in the bread lines together, fearing being arrested and sent to Gitmo or "psychological healing" or just being executed for wearing the wrong color or reading or whatever the crime du jour the Life-valuing Christian fascists have made for that day, I'll be the one blaming Klintoon.
