I still need to get the official offer from the ED and work out the time-line. But the COO told me I had it.

The reason you got me is that it reminded me of the time I when into my boss's office to resign. In the middle of my resignation he stopped to take an "important" phone call! I simply got up, told him that was exactly why I was leaving and walked out. He didn't get it. He did two weeks later when the client group had him sacked because I was no longer there to carry him!

...individually. I'm getting ready to take my son on a trip, and it's a vey busy time at work, so I only took a 15 minute lunch today.

But first, I'm taking my son to Chicago to see my dad. He hasn't seen him in a year!
