Poll question: Kirby Puckett's most memorable achievment...
Fo me it was the 1991 WOrld Series game 6. "And we'll see you tomorrow!!!"

1. I went with staying with the Twins his whole career!
He could have very easily walked away for more money.

Of the Rookie of the Year award. I gew to become a big fan of his for his loyalty to the Orioles!

5. Go Birds
On Puckett, I have to say the homer in Game 6 of the world series, staying with the Twins his whole career is admirable that said. I dont know what kind of year the 82 Twins had but I thikn Ripken while he had a great rookie year was helped by the fact that the Orioles nearly made the ACLS, kinda like how MVP isnt always the best player in his league but the one who helps his team get where they are the most. Its a shame about Puckett really, second youngest guy to die after he was inducted in to the hall, I wish his career had bene longer and bene there when the twins got back in the playoffs in the late 90s and early 00s, he'll be missed.

But the '87 series was pretty exciting too! We'd never done it before.
