How do you knock out a platoon of U.S. Marines in two easy steps?
1. Throw a bucket of water on a brick wall and yell "Hit the beach!"
2. Repeat step one.

9. Army folk are even easier to mess with.
Wait for them to pass out or fall asleep, then yell "Alert! Alert!" at the top of your lungs while running around in circles and waving your arms.

He'd tell you to fuck off.

His mouth got him into trouble all the time when he was in.

22. No, no, no. That sounds reminescent of the standard alert...
in VietNam. It went like this:
When in trouble,
when in doubt,
run in circles,
scream and shout.

It worked for us.

32. Actually, based on my experience in the Army, you're more likely to
get something heavy thrown at you than to get any other response.

:P

Us infantrymen really love our sleep :)

10. I heard it another way...
Instead of water, it was a handful of sand.

Be glad that I'm a former Marine with a sense of humor, or them's fighting words, lol.

:hi:

15. Helicopters go by a variety of names in the armed forces.
In the army they are choppers, in the navy it's helos. The marines just point and grunt, "ugh, ugh, ugh."
