to go to bed at the time I plan to go to bed. Let's say I want to go to bed around 11pm - it will get midnight for sure. And in the morning I have troubles getting out of that cozy warm bed.

1. Just blast the ride of the Valkaries in you ears upon waking... |
|
That'll get your day off to a good start....

My alarm goes off the first time at 5.40am and I try to drag myself out of bed at 6.30am. Today it got 7am before I was able to leave my bed.

12. I know the feeling exactly. |
|
It's much worse at this time of year when there's less light around in the morning.
Getting to bed always takes longer than one anticipates.
