Man, I was hoping they would pick that racist, homophobic idiot from Texas as one of the finalists. Just because Ann Coulter spews hate from her mouth doesn't mean some 18 year old kid has the right to say that stuff in a crowd that was racially diverse let alone Tyra Banks (an African-American) and the judges (at least one gay man - not sure if Jay Manual is gay). The funniest thing was that she would spew this shit and then claim "Oh, I'm not a racist, don't call me that, I just have a right to an opinion". Thing is, even the white girls were even getting offended by the crap coming out of her mouth.

I was hoping they'd pick her only because it would have been a ratings bonanza to see her ass get kicked on reality TV.

I should have taped it - it was delayed because of a basketball game so I was up late last night. But you'll find that girl is a hoot because she really believes she has every right to belittle every race out there but her own. And a real beaut was when she told Tyra and the Jays how she was morally obligated to 'help these people' AND that their lifestyles repulsed her.

I personally think the only reason she got a trip to LA for the final audition was they wanted to belittle some racist idiot on national TV and give a valuable lesson to all models wannabe - if you can't accept the fact that you're working in a very diverse atmosphere maybe you should find another career. Then again, any 18 year old kid who says cheerleading is her life needs help!

I mean she didn't make the final cut, but they showed her audition tape where she pretty much described herself as the offspring of Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity. And it's not like they showed clips from everyone's audition tape. I think some producer saw her and thought it would be a hoot to put this racist asshole on the show and show just what kind of ignorant fucks are out there in the republican party.

is was the selection for the finals. I think for most, they aren't very politically astute, but if you were a black woman sitting there listening to this numnuts give her "It's not racist its my opinion" attitude towards anything and everything not white like her, damn, there were girls who wanted to kick her ass.

9. Watch the show

The two best candidates last night were smart and articulate. One was a Georgetown U. graduate and the other was a young woman who lived in Nigeria for most of her life.
There were some candidates on ANTM in the past seasons who were really DUMB -- they just didn't make it very far.
BTW, Tyra Banks, the host of the show, is no dumb chick. She seems like a savvy business woman.

I regularly watch Battlestar Galactica and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. I will catch The Daily Show or Countdown once in a blue moon. That's really about it.
