Poll question: Favorite SCENE from a Fellini Film |
|
In keeping with the Fellini theme, this got me thinking. The Ecclesiastical fashion Show in Roma is a hoot, and Guileta's looking up at the camera at the end of Juliet of the Spirits is probably the most amazing non-verbal piece of acting around. But I'm going with the memory sequence of 8-1/2 where his mother wraps him in clean towels and whisks him upstairs to bed--it breaks my heart.

And ends up biting his own had he's so frustrated. Then the Grandpa does the farting thing. Also the "I want a woman!" scene. Oh and there's the scene where it snows...Oh forget it. The whole darn movie is full of excellent scenes.

5. A friend borrowed our film |
|
which was in Italian and she accidentaly taped over it. It took her a while to find an Italian lauguage copy of the movie because she knew how much it meant to me. She's indeed a dear friend.
