I won't speak for Hawkeye-x specifically, but several of us have discussed in the past a means for informing and perhaps developing Colorado-speicific efforts-- whether it be a protest or more targeted efforts to aid a candidate..... In short, I suppose it can be whatever those who participate WANT it to be.
