Has anyone tried that Hoodia for weight loss?
I have been getting some email advertisements. "As Seen On TV" stuff. It is supposed to be made from an African cactus and it makes your brain tell you your full.

What do you think??

Kills your "appetite" and you stop eating. Not a good idea.

Okay, I take that back. If one is morbidly obese, then it's not a bad idea to at least bring weight into check, at which point diet counseling and other alternatives should be investigated. For the average person that's 15 pounds overweight...bad idea.

and consensus was that most of it in the usa is counterfeit because the real thing is endangered?

wasn't that hoodia?

my face is too thin as it is so won't be giving a personal report any time soon
