4. Yeah, you've already seen it.

8. It's really good.
It's faithful to the spirit of the original show without merely recycling it. My only complaint about the production is that they didn't get the Russian Mob involved to insure that Chris Ecclestone, who plays the Doctor, stayed for more than one season. He's up there with Tom Baker.
