Poll question: How many people make for a good gathering?
Edited on Sat Mar-11-06 02:12 AM by XemaSab
So if you were going to, say, have a DU meetup in, say, Sacramento on, say, April 1st, how many people would be a good number?

Oh, and say it's at a pub that probably only fits about 40 people total....

2. That depends entirely on what percentage of the gatherers...
…are willing to help clean up. ;)

3. Darn - I didn't read the rest before I voted.
I'd say at least 10 - 15 for starters. Count me in if you decided to.

6. I've always thought 10 to be the max
for an enjoyable gathering. Much more than that, and people break up into sub-groups.

But that's just me.

19. Nah
You'd remember it in detail. One aspect, anyway.

I'd be much more likely to come if I didn't have to come by myself. I hate long drives alone — especially that part of I-5 between Santa Nella and I-205. That's a long stretch o' nothin'.

You intern in Ellay?

Seriously — I hate driving distances alone. My doctor's like 30 miles from here, and even that trip gives me some anxiety.

Enough to break off and talk by yourselves, but not big enough to not enjoy each other's company..
