Did you know...
that dildos are illegal in Mississippi? And this isn't an archaic law...it just passed the legislature a couple of years ago.

That's my handy fact for the day. Tell me something stupid about the state you live in.

but keep the criminal penalties for same-sex sodomy.

10. Well, that makes a lot of sense!
Didn't that law get challenged in the USSC recently? And Texas lost?

I hope I remember that correctly.

And yet...Alabama has so many ridiculous laws regarding sex toys this might as well be the image on our (fucking) state flag:

I need to have an idea as to what to look for on the website. Dildo doesn't appear in any of the titles of bills and neither does sex toys.

23. I guess their wives were going to too many "parties."
Here, everyone goes to a toy party at least once in their adult life. Sweet neighborhood women put them on, much like a tupperware party, and invite all of their friends to inspect the goods.

I only went to one, but I was amazed at the people there--even the elementary school principal!!

Women were grabbing up rabbits and bullets like there was no tomorrow! :D

That's the only thing I can think of.

27. During a concert, it is illegal to eat peanuts and walk backwards ...
on the sidewalks. That one was from Greene County.

In Carmel, NY: A man can't go outside while wearing a jacket and pants that do not match.

Here's a few that NYC overlooks:
Women may go topless in public, providing it is not being used as a business.
You may not smoke within 100 feet of the entrance to a public building.
It is illegal for a woman to be on the street wearing "body hugging clothing."
Citizens may not greet each other by "putting one's thumb to the nose and wiggling the fingers".

Right! :wtf:

And candles with a diameter greater than one inch? And hairbrushes with cylindrical handles? After all, if Mississippi residents who want to use (dildoes? dildi?) can't get them, they may decide to improvise.

That one is working its way through the courts.

Also "devices for the stimulation of human genital organs" are illegal. Yet there is a dildo store about three miles from where I sit.
