17. I've learned the hard way. Eat something before grocery shopping.
I bring home more real food and less snacks when I shop after a good lunch or breakfast. :)

I found the chicken recipe in a crockpot cookbook. It's wonderful when I substitute pork for chicken.:9 It's so easy to get board with the same old meat and potatoes. I'm always open to trying something new.

18. Get some rappini, fresh garlic and italian sausage.
rinse the rappini and chop it up into bite sized pieces, mince the garlic, slice the italian sausage (I like it sweet). Heat 2 T's of olive oil in a skillet and saute' the ingredients. Delicious! And rather healthy too. Sometimes I sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it too!

60. Never heard of Ticino, and never been to Italy.
I'm not even sure why I picked stuff that was so overwhelmingly Italian. How odd - I rarely do Italian. But then, I do often keep those things on hand, even though I rarely cook what could be called "Italian". I just like ot use those tihngs in other things.

I must have been in the mood for it, though. :-)
