I have today off :woohoo:, it's supposed to be a beautiful day here in Florida, and so I want to be out in my new car cruising around town. I DO need to go to the freakin' laundromat at some point today though, so there goes over two hours of the day right off the bat. x( Don't you just hate that? :rofl:

Laundromats aren't my favorite places either. The only positive thing I can say about them is that you can use as many washers as you need all at once and as many dryers too so you can do it all so much faster than one load at a time.

Yeah, I slept in this morning and called in sick. I've been trying to "plan" a sick day for some time now, and I just decided that today was going to be the day. Needed a "non-weekend" day off.

Sometimes I "read" (CD's) in the car during my commute. But I've realized that I can only read "fluffy" stuff. Can't concentrate if the subject matter needs my undying attention. Tried to read Rushdie's Shalimar the Clown but finally gave up that idea when I realized I missed far too much.
